INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. ground beef
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 c. half and half
3/4 c. spaghetti sauce
3/4 c. canned brown gravy
1/4 c. Parmesan or Romano cheese
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. rosemary
Salt and pepper
3/4 lb. pasta (mostaccioli)
TOPPING:
1 c. Mozzarella or Swiss cheese
DIRECTIONS:
In fry pan add oil, beef and garlic. Saute til tender and drain fat. Add all other ingredients except cheese for topping and pasta. Simmer while cooking pasta. Drain pasta and mix with sauce. Pour all into 3-quart baking dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
