Pasta Carbonara

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb. pasta
8 oz. heavy cream
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
4 egg yolks
1 lb. bacon
1/2 stick butter

DIRECTIONS:

Fry bacon, chop into large pieces. Cook pasta. Do first. In bowl, beat with whisk, eggs, then mix in cream and add cheese. As soon as pasta is cooked, drain. Place butter in serving dish. Take hot pasta and cover the butter. Mix in bacon pieces. Serve as soon as cooked, toss with sauce.
