Grammie’s Pasta And Broccoli

INGREDIENTS:-

2 pkgs. frozen broccoli or 20 oz. fresh
Olive oil
1 clove garlic
1/2 lb. pasta (Ziti or Rigatoni)

Over season with these:

Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Paprika

DIRECTIONS:-

Cook broccoli and drain. Chop so that pieces are small. Brown garlic in small amount of olive oil and remove. Saute broccoli in olive and over season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Simmer while water boils and pasta is cooking. Toss broccoli mixture with drained pasta. Reserve some water after cooking broccoli in case pasta is too dry. Serve with a salad and Italian bread.
