INGREDIENTS:-
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. ground meat
26-32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb. pasta, any shape
DIRECTIONS:-
Prepare meatloaf any way you like. Pat into rectangle about 3/4 inch thick. Sprinkle cheese over meat. Roll meat (like a jelly roll) tucking cheese inside. Place meatloaf in casserole. Cover with sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. When meat is done, spoon sauce over pasta. Serve with additional grated cheese.
