INGREDIENTS:-
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Rotelli pasta
1 (27 oz.) can spaghetti sauce
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained (optional)
DIRECTIONS:-
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain. While cooking pasta, brown and crumble sausage. Drain fat from sausage. Spray a casserole dish with vegetable coating. Put pasta, sausage, and sauce in casserole. Stir well. Add mushrooms if desired. Then stir in cheese. Cover and put in 300 degree oven until heated throughout; about 15 minutes. Serves 8.
