Skillet Shrimp And Pasta

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 c. orzo (rice shaped pasta)
6 bacon slices
1/3 c. salad oil
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen shrimp - thawed & drained

DIRECTIONS:

Prepare orzo as label directs. Drain. Stir fry celery, onions and mixed vegetables in the oil in skillet for 10 minutes - use medium heat. Crumble bacon and add to mixture in skillet. Then add salt, pepper, shrimp and orzo. Heat thoroughly.

NOTE: This recipe may be refrigerated and served cold. Serves 4.
