INGREDIENTS:-
1 chicken, cut up & skinned
1 can cheese & broccoli soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans milk (2%)
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 bag egg noodles
DIRECTIONS:-
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In saucepan mix soups and milk until blended. Empty noodles into bottom of 9″x13″ baking dish. Place chicken pieces over noodles, pour soup mixture over chicken, dot with butter. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes.
VARIATIONS: Substitute noodles for rice (1/3 cup) or slice 8 large potatoes.
