Judy’s Vegetable Bake

INGREDIENTS:-

2 carrots, sliced
2 stalks celery, sliced
1/2 lg. onion, sliced in strips
15 mushrooms, halves
1/2 head cauliflower pieces
1 lg. stalk broccoli pieces
2 c. cooked chicken or turkey
1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
2-3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. water
Chinese fried noodles

DIRECTIONS:-

Put all ingredients in a large oven proof pan or casserole and mix well.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve over Chinese noodles. Serves 3-4.
