Rice Pasta

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb. rice pasta (Rosemarina)
Shrimp
5 hard boiled eggs
Tomato
Red onion
Black pepper
Black olives
Mayonnaise
Dash of red vinegar

DIRECTIONS:

Chop small with food processor. Boil rice pasta in water with a dash of salt (optional) until “Ala Dente”. Drain well and mix with above ingredients to taste.
