INGREDIENTS:
3/4 lb. shrimp
1 lb. vermicelli broken into pieces
3 c. diced celery
8 green onions, chopped
1 jar pimento
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 bottle Girard’s champagne dressing
DIRECTIONS:
Boil and drain pasta. Add all ingredients except shrimp. Mix well. Let set for 4 hours or overnight. Add shrimp and more dressing if needed.
