INGREDIENTS:
Spaghetti sauce
2 cans Italian tomatoes
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
Chopped carrots
Chopped green peppers
Chopped zucchini
Chopped mushrooms
Chopped broccoli
1 lg. onion
2 toes garlic
1 lb. cooked pasta
DIRECTIONS:
Chop onion and garlic. Cook in a little olive oil until tender. Add 2 to 3 cups of your favorite chopped raw veggies. Stir fry until tender crisp. Add Italian tomatoes, spaghetti sauce, oregano and basil. Simmer 30 minutes. Add to your favorite cooked pasta.
