Baked Ziti With Four Cheeses Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

1 pound uncooked ziti, mostaccioli or other medium pasta shape
32 ounces pasta sauce
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
3/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
4 ounces grated Parmesan cheese
8 ounces part-skim mozzarella cheese
4 ounces provolone cheese, cut in quarters

DIRECTIONS:

Cook ziti according to package directions; drain. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Coat 13×9x2-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Place thin layer of pasta sauce in bottom of prepared dish. Continue making layers of 1/4 of ziti, cottage cheese, 1/3 of parsley, half of pasta sauce, 1/3 of ziti, Parmesan cheese, half of ziti, mozzarella, half of parsley, remaining ziti, remaining pasta sauce and remaining parsley. Sprinkle provolone cheese on top. Cover and bake for 30 minutes, or until cheese melts.
