Chinese Chicken Salad

INGREDIENTS:

1/3 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 tbsp. sesame oil
2 c. cooked chicken, cut in strips
2 c. (10 oz.) frozen snow peas
1/2 c. green onions, sliced
1 c. water chestnuts, drained
Chow mein noodles or fried pasta

DIRECTIONS:

Blend soy sauce, mustard and oil in bowl. Add chicken, toss. Allow to stand 1 hour. Cook snow peas, drain, cool. Gently combine together all above. Chill. Serve on lettuce, garnish with chow mein noodles or fried pasta.
