Cold Pasta & Chicken Salad

CHICKEN - SHRIMP PASTA

INGREDIENTS:

4 chicken breasts, cooked & cut into pieces
2 1/2 lbs. shrimp, boiled
1 box each spiral and shells noodles
1 (8 oz.) can button mushrooms
8 1/2 oz. can artichoke hearts
1 sm. can sliced water chestnuts
Bunch of chopped green onions
1 bunch spinach
Zesty Italian dressing

DIRECTIONS:

Cook noodles, while still hot add dressing (may be done the night before). Add other ingredients. Toss. Chill. Either add torn spinach or arrange pasta on spinach leaves.
