INGREDIENTS:
2 lobsters
1/2 c. olive oil
2 bunches parsley
2 med. onions
3 lg. can crushed tomatoes
8 c. water
Ground black pepper
1 1/2 tbsp. or more should be spicy
DIRECTIONS:
Put olive oil, parsley, onion and black pepper in pot over medium heat. Place lobsters in pot live and turn frequently until lobsters turn red. Put in tomatoes and water; cook at medium heat 2-3 hours until it is medium thick consistency. The last 1/2 hour remove the lobsters and shell return meat to the pot with any juice from the lobsters. Serve on thin spaghetti.
