Pasta E Fagioli #2

INGREDIENTS:

3/4 box ditalini pasta
1 cn red kidney beans; drained
1 cn canellini beans; drained
1/2 jar fat-free spagetti sauce
-or-
2 sm onions; chopped
4 cloves garlic; diced
1 ts italian seasoning
1/2 ts parsley flakes
2 cn contadina italian style
-tomato sauc; e
1 salt to taste

To Susan and anyone else interested, here is my recipie for Pasta E
Fagioli, which I just made last night! It is vlf, with no added fat, and
VERY tasty and filling!

Boil pasta according to box directions. while boiling, saute chopped
onions and garlic in water in non stick pan until tender. drain water from
pasta and add onions and garlic mixture. add the rest of the ingredients
and stir, cooking for about 20 minutes.
