INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 head fresh broccoli
1 med. can black olives, pitted, sliced
1 sm. jar pimento
2 c. spiral macaroni-pasta
1 bottle Italian salad dressing
DIRECTIONS:
Cook, drain and cool pasta.
Wash, clean and cut broccoli into small florets.
Steam broccoli until tender, but crisp.
Clean and slice mushrooms.
Mix all ingredients together and toss lightly with Italian salad dressing.
CHILL THOROUGHLY BEFORE SERVING.
Note: any salad dressing may be used depending upon your taste. I often used a creamy Italian or Caesar dressing.
