INGREDIENTS:
1 pkg. tri colored pasta
2 lg. zucchini, sliced
1 sm. cauliflower florets
1 bunch broccoli florets and sliced stems
2 yellow squares, sliced
8 mushrooms, sliced
1 bottle reduced calorie dressing with cheese (Bernstein’s)
DIRECTIONS:
Cook pasta and put in large bowl. Blanch all vegetables until slightly tender. Cool and add to pasta. Add dressing and toss very will cover and refrigerate overnight. Take out right before ready to use toss well again and serve.
