Tenders Pasta Bake

INGREDIENTS:

8 Original Batter or Extra Crunchy Tenders
1 (7 ounce) package macaroni shells
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (8 ounce) package processed cheese spread
1 medium stalk celery, chopped
1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken or cream of shrimp soup
2/3 cup milk
1 (2 ounce) jar sliced pimento (optional)
1 cup frozen peas

DIRECTIONS:

Cook macaroni as directed on package. In a 12 inch skillet, saute onion and celery until soft. Add cooked pasta, cheese (cubed), Tenders (frozen), soup, milk, pimento, and peas.
Mix ingredients, cover and cook over medium heat for 20-25 minutes or until Tenders are done.

Aunt Polly’s Lima Bean & Shrimp Bake

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb. cooked shrimp
1 pkg. cooked lima beans
1/4 lb. cooked & drained macaroni (any pasta)

Blend and heat:

1 can mushroom soup
1/2 can water
1/2 c. sharp grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper & garlic
1/8 tsp. curry

DIRECTIONS:

Put shrimp, macaroni and beans in 2 quart baking dish. Pour sauce over it and bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Pasta Bake

INGREDIENTS:

8 ounces mostaccioli pasta
1 pound lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
1 (28 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

DIRECTIONS:

Bring a large pot of lightly salted boil water to a boil. Cook mostaccioli pasta in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente. Drain well.
Meanwhile, cook ground beef and chopped onions in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
In a large bowl, mix together the mushrooms, spaghetti sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, pasta, and browned ground beef and onion mixture. Transfer to a greased, 9×13 inch casserole dish.
Bake at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for 20 minutes, or until very hot.
