Cream Cheese Sauce For Pasta

INGREDIENTS:

32 oz. cream cheese
6 oz. grated cheese (Parmesan)
24 oz. sour cream
1/4 c. pepper
1/4 c. garlic salt
1/2 c. grated (finely chopped) parsley
1 lg. onion (finely chopped)
1 pt. Half & Half
1 stick butter
Optional: all or mixed (total 2 c.) Mushrooms, crab meat, shrimp or chicken

DIRECTIONS:

Mix grated cheese, garlic, pepper and sour cream. Let this set while the rest is cooking. Simmer the onion, and/or mushroom, crab or chicken or shrimp in butter. Melt the sour cream in half and half. Mix all together and put on your favorite pasta.

Pasta Supreme

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb. med. shrimp
1/4 c. olive oil
1 pt. heavy cream
1/3 c. sherry wine
1/2 lb. linguini
Pinch of black or white pepper

DIRECTIONS:

Saute peeled shrimp in pan with olive oil for 5 minutes or until pink stirring occasionally. When shrimp are done, add sherry wine and stir.

In meantime, boil peeled shells in saucepan with 3 cups of water. When done boiling, throw out shells and reserve 1/4 cup of water and pour into wine and (oil) mixture and cooked shrimp. Simmer 2-3 minutes.

Add 3/4 cup of heavy cream. Simmer until sauce thickens. Serve over cooked pasta or rice. Season with pinch of white or black pepper. Serves 4.

Seafood Newburg Over Pasta

INGREDIENTS:

1 can cream of shrimp soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 lb. scallops
1 lb. shrimp, shelled
1 lg. crab or imitation crab
Butter
Linguine

DIRECTIONS:

Saute scallops, shrimp and crabmeat in butter. Heat soups together. Discard liquid from seafood. Add sauteed seafood to soups. Toss over pasta.
