INGREDIENTS AND DIRECTIONS:
Saute in olive oil (at least 2 tablespoons) :
5 cloves garlic, chopped, maybe adjusted to taste
Fresh parsley
10 oz. can clams, drained
Add:
1 (8 oz.) bottle clam juice
Simmer:
Scallops
Shrimp
Mussels (steamed separately), optional
Simmer until done. Pour over cooked pasta. Place mussels in shells around pasta, etc.
INGREDIENTS:
2 (32 oz.) jars Ragu tomato sauce
1 lb. uncooked shelled shrimp
2 lbs. Italian sausage
3 lbs. cut and boned chicken
1 c. sliced green pepper
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. diced onion
2 bay leaves
1 c. white wine
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS:
Put 1/2 olive oil in fry pan. Under meat heat saute shrimp, chicken and sausage. Set aside. Saute onion, mushrooms and pepper and garlic. Add white wine; bring to boil. Add to sauce with meat. Sauce should simmer with bay leaf for 1 hour before adding meat and vegetables. Add spices and let simmer for another hour then add cheese, then serve over rice or pasta.

Add according to personal preference:
Kraft Free Miracle Whip
Grated carrots
Broccoli flowerets
Dill weed
1 can tiny shrimp
Cook pasta as directed. Add Miracle Whip, add other ingredients, saving dill weed for last. If you like you may add salt.
Variations: Add fresh vegetables such as cauliflower, mushrooms, add black olives. Use your imagination.
Use chicken breast instead of shrimp.
