Bow Tie Pasta With Chicken

INGREDIENTS:

2 to 3 cloves minced garlic
1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
1/2 to 3/4 lb. chicken breast, cut into strips
1 1/2 to 2 c. broccoli (frozen can be used)
3/4 c. Sun Dried tomatoes
1 tsp. basil
Pinch red pepper flakes
1/4 c. white wine
Salt and pepper to taste
3/4 c. chicken broth
1/2 lb. bow tie pasta
1 tbsp. butter

DIRECTIONS:

Saute’ garlic in oil, add chicken strips until white, add balance of ingredients. Cover, simmer 5 to 10 minutes. Mix together.

Cook pasta as per package directions. Drain and add to above mixture and stir. Let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
