Creamy Pasta Bake

INGREDIENTS:

1 (30 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
1 (16 ounce) package rotini pasta, cooked, drained
1 1/2 cups BREAKSTONE’S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
1/2 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese

DIRECTIONS:

Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
Mix all ingredients. Spoon into 13×9-inch baking dish.
Bake 25 minutes.

Baked Ziti

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb. ziti or penne pasta
15 oz. Ricotta cheese
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, diced
15 oz. plain spaghetti sauce
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS:

Cook ziti according to package directions; drain. Mix in a big bowl with remaining ingredients. Pour into 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Jo’s Baked Ziti

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb. ziti shaped pasta
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
3 eggs, beaten
2 jars prepared spaghetti sauce
Salt and pepper (to taste)

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Add ziti to boiling, salted water and cook for 10 minutes.

In a large mixing bowl mix Ricotta, eggs, salt and pepper together. Drain cooked ziti and add to Ricotta mixture. Blend well.

Spray a large casserole with Pam or non-stick spray. Spread a small amount of spaghetti sauce in bottom. Layer 1/2 of the ziti mixture on bottom, cover with half the sauce then layer with half the Mozzarella. Repeat layers again. Cover casserole with tin foil and bake for 45 minutes.
