Favorite Baked Noodles

INGREDIENTS:

8 oz. pkg. favorite pasta shape
Boiling, salted water
1 1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
1 c. low-fat sour cream
1 clove minced garlic
3 green onions, minced
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. bouquet gravy seasoning liquid
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. grated favorite cheese

DIRECTIONS:

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, sour cream, garlic, onions, Worcestershire sauce and Bouquet. Melt butter and add to mixture. Gently stir in noodles to coat. Place in a greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake, covered, in a 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes until heated. Serves 6.

Baked Ziti

INGREDIENTS:

2 lb. ziti (can use rigatoni or mostachioli type pasta)
2 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 lb. grated Mozzarella
2 eggs
Salt and pepper, to taste
Garlic powder, to taste
Oregano, basil, and parsley, to taste
1 lg. jar spaghetti sauce or your own
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS:

For 9 x 13 pan plus 1 (10 inch) pie pan. Cover bottom of pan with sauce. Cook pasta; drain. Put in large bowl. Mix eggs with Ricotta. Add eggs with Ricotta. Add spices and mix. Add Mozzarella. Combine cheese with ziti; mix well. Add ziti to pan. Top with sauce and Parmesan cheese. Bake covered for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Baked Ziti

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 c. ziti pasta
1 to 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 can tomato paste
1 lg. onion
1 med. pepper
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1 pkg. ricotta cheese
Salt, pepper and garlic to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Cook ziti and drain; brown hamburger; add onions, peppers, paste and spices. Let simmer. Lay ziti, sauce, and cheese.
