INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. bacon, cut into sm. pieces
1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lb. cooked pasta
1 lg. can Italian tomatoes
DIRECTIONS:
Fry bacon, drain and set aside. Saute onion, pepper and garlic in 1 tablespoon bacon fat. Add tomatoes, simmer 10 minutes. Place pasta in large serving dish, add sauce, cheese and bacon. Toss lightly and serve.
