Cheesy Baked Ziti

Ingredients

* 1 lb box ziti
* 2 large jars spaghetti sauce
* 1 large onion, diced
* 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
* 1 lb roll sausage
* 1 can cheddar cheese soup
* 2 16 oz pkgs shredded mozzarella cheese
* 1 tsp dried oregano
* 1 tsp basil
* 1 tsp granulated garlic
* 1 tsp parsley
* 1 16 oz container ricotta cheese

Method

Brown ground beef, sausage and onion in a skillet then drain. Boil noodles and drain. Place a 9 X 13 aluminum pan on a large cookie sheet for support. Pour beef and sausage mixture into pan. Add spaghetti sauce, cheddar cheese soup, 1 pkg mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, dried oregano, basil, parsley and granulated garlic. Stir well in pan then slowly add cooked ziti noodles while mixing. When all is well mixed, top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Cover and bake in a 325 degree oven for 45 minutes.
