Macaroni Salad

2-3 cups macaroni, cooked
2 ripe tomatoes, diced
1 green onion, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced
1/4 cup cucumber, diced
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/3 cup ketchup
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
Then enjoy!

Cook the macaroni according to the bag. Strain the macaroni and run cool water over it because you don’t want hot macaroni. Place macaroni in a large bowl with diced tomatoes, onions, green pepper, and cucumber.

In a large bowl, mix together the sugar, oil, ketchup, pepper, and paprika. Pour mixture into the other bowl with the macaroni. Mix all together and then refrigerate. Serve.
