Ingredients:
4 Tbls. Artichoke Paste
1/2 stick unsalted butter
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning blend
Fresh ground black pepper to taste
1 lb. Angel Hair pasta (cooked according to directions on box)
Directions:
Melt butter with olive oil. Saute garlic 1 minute, add seasonings and Artichoke paste and heat through (about 2 min.)Toss with warm cooked pasta and serve.
