
Ingredients
- 16 ounces of penny pasta
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tomato, diced
- ¼ cup of fresh oregano
- ¼ cup of chopped fresh basil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
- 8 ounces cream cheese
Methods/ Steps
- Take a big pot of salted water and bring it to boil, add pasta in it
- Cook for about 8 to 10 minutes, and then drain
- Now take a big size saucepan and then heat olive oil on a medium heat
- Add basil, garlic, parsley, salt, tomato and pepper
- And then cook for more 5 minutes
- Add the cream cheese and keep stirring till it gets melted
- Now toss the cooked pasta on the saucepan
- And you are ready with your Penne Pasta Recipe
