Penne Pasta Recipe



Ingredients

  • 16 ounces of penny pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • ¼ cup of fresh oregano
  • ¼ cup of chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 8 ounces cream cheese

Methods/ Steps

  • Take a big pot of salted water and bring it to boil, add pasta in it
  • Cook for about 8 to 10 minutes, and then drain
  • Now take a big size saucepan and then heat olive oil on a medium heat
  • Add basil, garlic, parsley, salt, tomato and pepper
  • And then cook for more 5 minutes
  • Add the cream cheese and keep stirring till it gets melted
  • Now toss the cooked pasta on the saucepan
  • And you are ready with your Penne Pasta Recipe
